This HVCC Has Ruined so many lives, Shutting down appraisal companys, home owners paying double for an appraisal. The Management companys taking over half the appraisal, for basically doing nothing. Now Andrew Cuomo wants to become governor after making a name for himself with a policy that destroyed the economy even more. I don't think so!! He will just put new york more in a hole, Voters do not vote for Andrew Cuomo, if you know whats best. I'm sure he has his hands in the pockets of some AMC.

My appraiser was incompetent. This is a gated golf course community. He didn't even know about a hot zone. Paid 450.00 for a rediculously low appraisal. Didn't need him to do that. Anybody could have put the price he appraised it for. He gets the money, we get no refinance.
